Q-SEC Infrastructure Sales

We prefer to be engaged and work with our clients.  We provide IT Consulting Services, as well as Infrastructure Sales (Hardware & Software Sales).  Q-SEC offers a unique working style for compensation.

When we partner together, we prefer to be compensated in one of three ways and how we are paid is up to you.  The first way is a small percentage charge based on the over-all value of the deal in way of compensation for the Consulting Engagement.  Typically hardware components, system software and infrastructure only, unless a particular 3rd party software is being provided as part of the solution.  Along with this compensation model, Q-SEC will remain engaged in your project and continue to maintain regular cadence throughout the solution life-cycle.

We will track our time and expenses as well, and you can opt to pay an hourly rate rather than a percentage of the over-all value of the deal.  We believe that a percentage based on the deal size is more appropriate.  Billing by the hour discourages us from over investing our time and does not contribute well to an on-going partnership, but we can make it work for you.

 

Purchase the solution components directly form Q-SEC and we will wave the Consulting Engagement fees.  In other words, we will be compensated through our vendor discounts.  This is obviously the way that we would prefer to do business but we acknowledge that you may choose to acquire some or all of your solution hardware and system software from another vendor.  So, we will be flexible on how we are compensated in order to give you that flexibility.

Q-SEC also provides Services, like installation, configuration, systems management, and project management which are time and materials billable engagements above and beyond the Consulting Engagement and Infrastructure Sales.

 

What if Q-SEC completes the Consulting Engagement and you decide not to pursue the proposed solution.  No problem, we don't charge if there is no resulting solution.  We are here to do business with you, only if and when you are ready and fully satisfied with the proposed solution.
